As indicated by some of the recent stories in newswires and various blogs, and confirmed by his brother, Torrence “Lil Boosie” Hatch is scheduled to be released in or thereabout the month of February, 2014. However, due to safety concerns and protocols set forth by his management, his exact date of release will not be advertised to the public.
There have been widespread rumors surrounding the official booking, booking fees and availability for “Lil Boosie” appearances and/or shows. To date, the only official and authorized person for booking and availability of the aforementioned are his brother Taquari “TQ” Hatch, who also is his manager and final authority until his release. Additionally, Johnnie Cabbell, a “buyer” of a “multiple engagement cluster” and to whom Lil Boosie entered into an agreement with, which was subsequently approved by “TQ,” is also approved to coordinate his engagements cluster through management. There are no booking agents for “Lil Boosie”.
According to his Publicist, Chew Davis of Von Chew Media & Entertainment, during one of their routine phone conversations last night (1/30/14), Lil Boosie indicated he has been made aware that many people are attempting to distract others by claiming to have booked him or have him in some kind of paperwork. He said, “I can’t wait to get out and squash all that sh*t.” He also asserts he puts all the “haters and negativity aside” and focuses on the several hundred songs he has written thus far. He stated that he is “anxious to get back in the studio” to share what he calls “real life music.” He added, “I think the folks are waiting for my return to the game.”
